Cone Flip Relay

MediumBalance on one leg for 20s, swap. Round 2: eyes closed. Round 3: arms out like wings.
Mirror Stretch
EasyIn pairs, pupils copy their partner's slow stretches. Encourage long, controlled holds.
Balloon Breathing
EasyHands on belly. Breathe in for 4 counts (belly expands like a balloon), out for 6. Repeat 8 times.
Yoga Flow Mini
ChallengingMove slowly through 4 poses: mountain → forward fold → downward dog → child's pose. Repeat twice.
Spaghetti Arms
EasyShake out arms, then legs, then whole body like cooked spaghetti. Finish with 3 slow shoulder rolls each way.
